Where to find your results
Laboratory tests ordered at our facilities are performed by the Diagnostyka laboratory. Results are made available in its own online service — that is where you log in, not on this page.
What you need
- the login details you received when your sample was taken,
- the order number from the document issued at the collection point.

If you cannot log in
Ask about access to the results service at the laboratory that issues them — we neither create nor unlock those accounts. For questions about the test order itself, call our reception.
Important
A test result does not replace a consultation. It is interpreted by a doctor in relation to the patient condition and the remaining records.
