Frequently asked questions
Is there parking at the facility?
Yes. There is free parking by the facility, plus extra spaces at the nearby Lidl (free for up to 2 hours).
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed for private visits — you book directly. A referral may only be required for some services reimbursed by the NFZ.
How do I collect my test results?
You can collect results in person at reception with your ID. The delivery method (e.g. by e-mail or phone) can be agreed with reception on the day of the examination.
